Return and refund policy
  1. Customers should click on the “returns & refunds” button, fill in the form and await a call from our complaints department or notify Bouri via the phone (01211193792) that they wish to return the product and request a refund or exchange CLICK HERE.
  2. Requests should be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  3. The returned product should be in the same condition as at the time of delivery.
  4. Customers may not request any refund if there is a difference in the product’s condition between the time of delivery and the time of return; unless they notify Bouri of any product damage within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  5. Customers must also deliver all submitted invoices and any other free gifts or extra products if any, which also have to be in the same condition delivered to the customer in the first place.
  6. Refund requests shall exclude any delivery costs.
  7. Any violation of the above mentioned requirements shall grant Bouri the right to refuse returning the purchased product.
